1st Step - Confirmation and Contract Signing 📄

❗Confirm your attendance, enroll in the Fundraising Initiative and Sign your contract (March 11th until March 18th):

To confirm your attendance and enroll in the Fundraising Initiative: Please fill out the Confirmation Form by logging into your **Survey Monkey account** and clicking on Start in your application section.

The deadline to submit is by 11:59pm (Brazil Time) on March 18th, 2026

****If you do not fill out the Confirmation Form and sign the documents, you will automatically lose your spot in this season of Camps and will have to apply again next season.

Underage 🔞 - Request a recommendation:

  1. Step 1: You must fill out the recommendation request form with your tutor's first and last name and email address. It is not necessary to enter anything in the message (you can leave it blank).
  2. Step 2: Your tutor must go to their email and check all folders (including spam) for the Survey Monkey email. There, they will find a link to sign the contract.
  3. Step 3: They must click the link and sign the contract with their legal signature.

2nd Step - 💵 Make your Payment (Until April 23th or May 7th 2025):

After you confirm your attendance at the Camp through the “Confirmation Form” and sign the contract, you will receive the payment link through email. Keep an eye on your email, check your spam folder, and if you haven’t received anything, please get in touch with the admissions team email or WhatsApp.

We will have 2 deadlines to pay.

In the first deadline April 23th you ensure you spot for this season.

In the second dealine May 7th, you may lose your spot for this season if all the spots for your camp were filled first and you will be automatically sent to the next season 2027.1.

We recommend you read the contract carefully several times to better understand this.
